So today I met with my personal fitness trainer for the first time. It was truly an amazing experience. Tyson made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me for an entire hour and a half. I pretty much took a lot of tests to see where my fitness levels are. I'm set to train two days a week in 30 min sessions until I work my way up...at least for the first six weeks anyway. Of course I will have to incorporate cardio three of my off days. I found that she is not as expensive as others but is caring and genuinely concerned about my well-being. I'm just thankful that GOD gave me the strength to make the first step towards a better life. CHEERS!
