I am starting to find that Atkins works, but only if I keep my fat low as well as my carbs. I am probably not in ketosis yet, but I should be any day now.

28 days ago I weighed 206lb.
Today I weigh 194
Lost 12lb
Just under 1/2 lb a day

At this rate, I will be at my first 'milestone' (165) in 60 days.

You know, I found that to be true also.

I do two weeks high fat and two weeks low that works for me. My concern is that your calorie intake is extremely too low!
