I'm back. it's been a crazy few months. I really drifted far away from everything. I quit my diet complete, started drink soda again (2-3 candy a day), stopped logging my food... it got bad. In the last 3 months I've had 3 deaths and it contributed to my emotional eating. I have gained 10 pounds since January and I'm ready for change.
I'm back though. I started logging my food again today. I'm fixing to start working out, and get back on track. I'm so excited to start feeling better about myself!
