So I got to my first goal of 160lbs and celebrated a bit too hard...lol..I'm talking donuts and EVERYTHING.

I'm back on track now and going for my next goal.
Walking 3 times a week is helping. Not sure what I am ging to do when all the beautiful fresh fruit and veggies become scarce this winter.
