Day 5 of my recommitment to weightloss after a 6 week backslide which included a week vacation followed by surgery. Still aren't able to work out because of an infection so diet is going to have to be my only attack method. I hope to work out again in 1-2 weeks. Since my start date of last Friday, I've achieved my daily goals every day except for Sunday. Total dissaster of calorie intake. Drinking with friends followed by pizza! On the bright side, I was right back on track Monday morning. Still doing well. I hope to have lost atleast 1 pound by my weigh in this Friday. Crossing my fingers....
