I did very well today!
I was able to resist all the goodies at walmart, walmarts check out lane - where hersey bars were only 50 cents each, then I resisted a cookie from KFC where I got a meal for my grandmother and then I had to pass Dairy Queen on my way out of town and I didnt get any of them! WOOT!
Then I walked for 80 minutes on the treadmill while I watched a movie and I wasnt exhausted, I could of kept walking. It felt good. My knee didnt hurt or anything.
Edit: I failed. At about 7:30pm the chocolate craving was to much and I went to the store and bought a Mr. Goodbar. :/ But...the exercise makes up for it...right? :(
