Had a pretty good day. It was someones birthday so I ate a lot of pizza and cake, but I didn't do to bad on my RDI. Only about 200 calories over.

I started taking a vitamin too. Today was my second day. I need to start taking my cranberry pills again as well.

I did okay working out. At least I got some exercise in there. Ive been doing sit ups too. Well, I consider them sit ups. I sit on the edge of my bed and lean back and back up again. My feet are on the floor and my bed is low to the ground so it works perfectly. Ive been doing sit ups on the big exercise ball I have too. Id really like to lose my stomach and arms. Oh! I've been doing the long resistance band exercises too for my arms. I think they are getting stronger.
