Day 6 of the Shred complete last night. I realize I'm behind, but I'm back and I'm going to keep going for it even if it isn't continuous. I overdid it with a giant salad yesterday, complete with avocado, but it was sooo good. My calorie count was high as a result, but I feel better about my food choices...
