I'm now officially worse than when I started. My body has been taken over by aliens and they live in Montana. The really horrible part of this is that I seem to weigh more when I look in the mirror and actually THINK that I look better. I know the alcohol has to go, but that can't be the whole story. I've stayed pretty true to my food diary and that says that I'm well under my RDI. I'm really so tired of this -- I was an athlete that could lose 5 pounds in one weekend and now that I'm in perimenopause, I don't even recognize myself. It's only been six months of really rough going, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to overcome this and my life as I knew it is over...
