ugh ugh ugh
am on day 24 of the Whole Life Challenge.
Am not experiencing any benefits of the food part of the challenge because the limitations that it puts on you are really similar to the way that I eat, anyway, when I am being "good." Few starchy white carbs, little to no dairy, lots of fruit, veg, etc, limited alcohol.
But I just can't get down to 140 again. I struggle and struggle, vacillating between 145-148.
In the past week or so I've been really stressed out and really fed up.
I KNOW that it is important to eat for maintenance.
I KNOW that there are no good or bad foods, really. (except for all of the JUNK food out there)
I KNOW that I may have to settle for what is maintainable , not what is achievable.
I KNOW that as a 60 y.o. I'm not going to have a beach body. But I NEVER had a beach body.
I KNOW that my goal should be to be healthy, and, actually, I am.

but I want the scale to move.
