I got to my first weight milestone last Friday 160!!!!! 30 lbs is a big freakin deal. Getting here has given me the will to get the next 20lbs off. I have decided to move from just dieting to working out. 3x per week I walk 2 miles in the morning with my Dad (love you daddy!) and I bought a pair of shape up shoes and a new pedmeter which makes me want to walk all the time. Not to mention I finally look good in my work out clothes. lol
I've eatten too much on a few occasions BUT I am still staying off the HFCS. The weight isn't flying off anymore but I am losing a pound or 2 per week so I'm happy.
From 190 t 160!!!!! YES!
