So, yesterday was a bad day. UGH! I started of very strong... good breakfast, good lunch, good snacking... and that was a challenge. I had a horrible day at work and was really stressed/upset (this is not an excuse!). I ended up having pizza last night as well as a few cookies... I also stayed on my computer working until 2:30 am. I've started well today and won't beat myself up too badly but my new boss is making my once fantastic job, difficult and unbearable.
