Ugh,staying on plan but indulged in too much low carb ice cream or it could be a change in meds or stress or an incredibly therapeutic massage that has me still sore after 4 days but dadgum...up two pounds???

Yikes!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
