find something that you enjoy that includes exercise, dancing, swimming, rock climbing. I don’t love going to the gym so thats what I do. Just find what makes you happy and do it with friends :)

Social exercise works better than solo for sure! It is more fun and you get the benefit of hanging out with friends

Diet alone you will only lose the minimal amounts of weight while you struggle to eat as little as possible. You need to get some cardio in everyday to make a difference and the plus side is you can actually eat more! Also, the closer you are to your goal weight the slower the fat comes off. Your body can only convert so much fat into energy every 24 hours, and as you get slimmer the amount of fat available to burn decreases. That's why it's easy to drop a lot of weight if you are really overweight as opposed to losing those last few lbs... you don't have to go crazy on cardio either, I start my day with a power walk on the treadmill with a 5% incline. You don't have to run to lose weight, you have to sweat!

Start counting calories. Simple math, calories in and calories out.

I just remembered that in February I did a challenge and lost 2 pounds in a week ! If you're interested it's the accountability challenge that Debbie Cousins is the administrator 😄

You need to keep a deficit of at least 700 calories for most days of the week. Count your calories and plan 3 to 4 cardio sessions (30-40 minutes) every 8 days. You'll probably lose 2.5 pounds a week. I lost 7 pounds in a month that way.

I walk an average of 6-7km a day and eat 1600 calories or less, which makes my calorie deficit 800 a day, I lost 7lbs in 4 weeks. but I weigh more than you, so your calories would have to be less, or more kms

I have to admit that chemo treatment made me gain weight...I’m hypothyroid and chemo threw me into menopause....the trifecta of slow weight loss! So between watching my calories and what I eat on this app....circuit training has been the BOMB! So I’m slowly losing the weight and getting extra benefit from the gaining of muscle....my measurements are smaller than what they normally would be at this weight. I’m not a believer in fad diets (anymore)...just eating well and exercise. Find what works well for you!!!!💪💪

Ketogenic diet. At the beginning is going to be really hard, but when you became ketogenic it is pretty easy and delicious

You can do it! Everyone has their own approach I just count calories. I eat most things but portion control for me is the key.
