What a slap in the face. A friend posted some pictures of us on facebook from over this past weekend. i wanted to cry! i know that i have PCOS and that weight pproblems are something that go right along with it, but im really feeling down about myself. I'm not sure if the weight i recorded today is accurate or not, i needed to put something in to get started now. i will weight myself in the morning though and update that asap. i'm looking forward to getting back into exercising and getting back into some smaller sizes! i can do it.
