I’m making stuffed chicken breasts. A year! A whole year on this site as of tomorrow. And I forgot to log the chicken before I rolled it up and put it in the oven! 🤦♀️ Guess I’ll weigh it cooked, subtract filling weights and then multiply by 30%?? to account for shrinkage. Or maybe I’ll just log 8-9pz because it was about the size of 2.5-3 decks of cards once I hammered it flat. I can’t believe I forgot! Lol
