Well I am back to sick kids with the stomach flu this week which is putting a big damper on my gym goings. However, I have walked outside 4 days in a row now as the weather is finally getting nice. I added situps and floor exer. last night while watching tv too. We will see how my weigh in goes tomorrow. I am hoping I can drop down a lb. by the morning. If I go light on the carbs today I should be able to do it. I will do more situp and floor exer. this morning at home in place of the gym. I was noticing this morning in my skivves that I am looking leaner and actually don't really feel too fat anymore. Everything is much more toned than it used to be b/c of diligent exercise and strength training. It is really encouraging to keep going and working hard! I am still waiting for my TOM to come- it should be here by now and I am sore in places with it's effects. I have totally been craving chocolate which I have been having some of. I hope you all have a good day.

Awwww... sorry to hear your kids are sick with the flu. I hope they make a speedy recovery. Kudos for getting exercise in even though the gym is not an option right now. It's wonderful that you are getting to enjoy the fruits of labors with the results of all that exercise showing up on your body. And, IMHO, chocolate is a basic food group and must be enjoyed on a regular basis :)
