woke up in the morning first to do is manage my weight so at last i lost 1 kg...just need more exercise after work this time i want to balance my diet do not cheat anymore...after this focus on induction work more on exercise...3 week just coming first target is 60 kg...easy for me to get tired and getting lazy day by day but it already end of year 2012 what happen to my goal??
