Oops, guess, I better start counting again. Definitely need more exercise. Once I got so I could eat again after that bug, I was really hungry, so looks like I overdid it.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
