In the past I've done extreme low carb, or sometimes an egg fast for 4-7 days as a way to jump start things. The good thing is it'll put a stop to eating unhealthy carbs, flush things out, and get a quick drop in weight. Just have a plan of where you're going from there, as things like that aren't really sustainable and just lead to a yo-yo down/up if not followed up with a sustainable long term plan. Good luck!
