so i went to the gym again today :) although i just had a candy bar and a hamburger mmm it was so good. hopefully the scale doesn't go up to much tomorrow morning. starting right now im back on the plan!

Wow, yeah. Did you compensate by counting them as your servings? Drink lots of water tonight and throughout the day tomorrow. It probably will not catch up with you for another day or so. I cannot remember the last time I had a candy bar..........wow...Try the fake burgers we do here...........
