I've been soooo busy and unable or just didn't weight in. I've gotton off my plan last weekend for a party, I ate everything... but good portion sizes without over doing it.... to much. Yesterday there was a party at work and my mothers birthday. I enjoyed myself and just ate what I wanted high carb or not and just didn't over do it!!!! I love it. People are noticing my weight loss. Now I just need to enter into my personal Phase II and begin to do a consistent work out plan. I've been jumproping in the morning and doing a little yoga, sit ups and my weights for my arms. I want something more structured now. I just wanted to ensure that I did MOVE and get my body moving. I'm almost to my goal for Phase I. I could stop here. I really could. But for my height, I need to go a little more and get toned. At 43, I need the muscle to help keep me in shape. I read a lot now about weight and getting older. I't Sat morning now and I didn't feel like having egg whites, cheedar cheese with brocolli and spinach and bell peppers (what I normally eat) I am having some hot and sour soup with salmon. I also eat miso soup in the morning or at night when I don't feel like eating my usual. It really works for me. Thank you Jesus. My life has changed so much and I feel that I am at a point in my life of readjusting and getting closer to God. I love it. My job is stessful but I thank God I am at least working and able to support myself and help with others. Amen.
