Hi,

So, I moved a few weeks ago and I've been living in chaos for a while now. UGH! I hate it. Life is starting to take shape again and I was planning on re-starting phase 1 again tomorrow... I actually enjoyed phase 1 the first time so I was looking forward to extra fruit and my delicious smoothies... Here's my dilemma. I've been asked out on a first date for Tuesday (dinner)... at a BBQ restaurant. I'd really like to go and I don't want to be difficult. As I write this I think I've decided I'll do a "quasi-phase 1" starting tomorrow and start the real phase 1 on Wednesday so I don't go for dinner and only order steamed veggies on a first date.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

You need to enjoy your date - just try adding in a bigger salad and watch your portion size....Have a great time!!
