I fell off the wagon in March, but didn't let myself go completely. I still lost 13lbs over 6 months without really trying. I was just watching portion size and trying to be more active. This week when I had to go down a notch on my belt, I decided to get back into it. I was very pleased to see that I'm down 30 lbs since January. I'm only 7 lbs away from my first goal, which is the weight I was 10 years ago when my husband and I started dating. I'd like to lose another 30 after that, and I hope to be there by next summer. My problem has been inactivity, not food. I really don't eat very much at all. So exercise is really the key for me.
