So yesterday was a little better. My bf had hot dogs, with cheese, fries, and a little salad... I had hot dogs with no buns.. salad, and extra veggies steamed... Then for dessert... We went to DQ, and we had sundaes, I only ate half which is awesome, mind you it was a brownie, oreo, chocolate sauce, and real whip cream... I checked the website and the calories didn't put me too high over my personal limit for myself, however if I hadn't had the sundae I would have been square on. Lets try again today, although the bf's birthday is this wknd, and I'm sure there will be beer, and chips.. and lots of other bad things... PLUS It's that time, so I'm retaining water even worse... Lets see what happens?!? I'm scared to weigh in..

Just start drinkin' a ton of water and watch it all start falling back down!! You can do this... prepare some great veggies for the birthday with a low cal dip or hummus! YOU can DO THIS!

Weekends are nightmares for me with the kids and hubby at home. We always eat out on the weekends so I have a little backup plan to keep my mind at ease over eating fries and burgers etc.. I just make sure I work out a little more on the treadmill so that I dont feel so bad about what I will end up eating. Once you start doing this for a little while, you will figure out little tips and techniques yourself.
