I love Fat Secret! It is such a helpful tool and interactive site! I'll be weighing in tomorrow morning. I refrained from weighing myself for 2 weeks and can't wait to see the results! I had a great breakfast this morning...two ham and cheese roll-ups and two dill pickles. It was a good change from having eggs, and I feel full and satisfied. In general things are going very well for me :)
