I've been doing good lately. I banned myself from this site and from weighing in for a week. I think I will try to do it again for the next week. I feel like I am becoming over obsessed with counting every little calorie. I have been trying to not eat past 7pm and only treat myself to a sugary snack everyother day. Today is a treat free day, but I think I will live!
