The weight isn't coming off as fast any more because I have fallen off the wagon lately. In the last two weeks I fell back into bad habits like eating fast food and eating too late. Worst of all I had sweets like cake and candy. I'm doing better this week though. I want to get down to 155lbs. I'm going to have to start working out to squeeze out these last 10 pounds.
