Yeah... I'm almost back down to 140 lbs. So really, if I'm good I should be able to break the barrier and get to work on the last 5 lbs. I had strawberry shortcake for breakfast, which of course isn't exactly healthy - but I figured better breakfast than supper.
I'm determined to be focused today and I did my pushups :D - so I'm off to the library to thesis.

I agree with you about the strawberry shortcake for breakfast rather than dinner...You will burn those calories through out today! I tried a pushup two nights ago...tooo funny...my arms are getting muscle but I am soooo not there yet. Hooray Thesis!!! (thats what I would tell myself to get a little giggle. I did enjoy mine, it was just all consuming at times and needed to keep my attitude light)
