I just moved and need to change things up. I am stuggling and need a huge kick in the butt. I actually started yesterday and am down 2 pounds, but started logging info today. I have a class reunion in a month, and I need some of this weight off. I also got to run yesterday for the first time in 2 months. I am sore today, but I am gonna do it again. Going to work on pursuing that mile that I was doing two months ago.....I will do this,
