Started a jog walk regimen with my husband about two weeks ago. We cover about 12 miles a week . Thought this would burst my weight loss. Well it did now at the end of the second week. I’m not frustrated since I know there is a bit of muscle building going on and ultimately more muscle requires more calories. Finally seeing the scale dip.👍
