Not losing weight this week really discouraged me. It was definately snacking that was my downfall. IDK how i thought i could eat a whole bag of popcorn and 1/4 bag of Doritos and still lose weight. my plan of attack for this is to fill my fridge with veggies and things that i can feed my need to snack without having to worry so much about it. next week will definately show whether that is a pass or fail for me. i really need to get this weight off and i really super need to fit into my clothes again.
