Things are going like clockwork. I have been consistent with the diet and exercise and the weight loss is also consistent. I have recently tried to make sure I am getting enough of my calories through protein to try to keep from losing too much muscle. I am hoping to get to primary goal of 193 by the 15th of June which would be 52 days early! Hoping in that 52 days I have left before vacation I can take off another 10 pounds.
