This week was one of the busiest I’ve had all school year. Unfortunately I didn’t prepare for that and just ate what was easy instead of what aligned with my goals. 5k is in 8 weeks and I’m not as prepared as I should be. Time to reset and get back on track! It’s a journey not a straight line.
