Had a good week in the gym last week.I have been following the diet plan well and am seeing a difference in muscle tone and a little fat loss. I got advice from my trainer to focus on 10 lbs at a time. My long term weight goal for now is 208 with no set timetable to achieve it. Big thing is to hit the cardio hard and get back to ab work along with my weight training.
