I joined a couple groups and Challenges. I am doing the Atkin's diet. I don't understand why everyone thinks it is unhealthy. Take a look at what you normally eat - THAT is unhealthy.

One group I joined was the Over 40 with 40 to lose. I've already lost 2lb. Each day I am eating more than I normally do, in qualtity, but because I am eating healthy I am not getting the calories. I am normally down 1700 - 2500.

Suzanne, they think it is unhealthy because they are uninformed. They have listened to the "experts" for too long, and are now indoctrinated! lol
