Hey all hope you're having a delightful Thanks Giving Stateside.
What would you guys consider the range for low carbohydrate?? I try and over-estimate my inputs and trying to keep in the 20% range which is working out about 40-50 grams.. but I've no clue if that's low enough!
What levels do you guys keep to on your low carbs??
Blessings to you all x

if you are talking keto low carb under 20. if just low carb then yes 40 to 50 is a good range in that percentage I would think, as long as you are talking about whole foods complex carb type and not sugar and refined flour products.

Thank you yes Baskington. Mine are whole food, nuts green veg salad and the like. Occasionally a piece of wholewheat toast.. but that's rare enough.

To clarify for Keto that would be 20 grams, around 5% of your RDI.

Ok 20grams at 5% is a tough target. So that's practically no veg nuts or fruit then too?
