i updated my customized personal diet (which really consisted of not much detail and was private) to veganism. i've been a vegan since march 7th, 2008.
i haven't really lost much weight recently, but i've started exercising, so i've replaced fat with muscle. so, i'm still getting thinner. (as a bit of tmi, i'm currently retaining water, so i won't really get an accurate weight measurement until sometime next week probably).
