근육이 늘은건가했는데 아닌가...?ㅠㅠ 뭔가더 울퉁불퉁 튀어나온거같아서 근육으로 체중증가했구나했는데 화장실가니 다시 바닥....또 인생 최하몸무게 새로 찍었다.
91.7 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
