well, here I go again. I realize I just need to eat healthy. I know this because thats what the healthy people in my family say. I don't want to sound like a whiner-but if I could eat healthy--I would. There is something in my head that tells me to eat all those sweets-and pizza. I know I just have to find a new voice to listen to, one loud enough so that I can't hear the other one LOL. That's my new challange for myself--find a new voice!!!
