Hi Happy! Welcome back! Although your journal entry cuts off, I'll tell you that I try to not put time into the weight-loss equation. I was at a plateau for many months and it was frustrating! I was doing everything "right" and had even incorporated exercise into my life... nada. Just a couple of weeks ago, it started to come off again. No big changes; I just kept eating well and exercising. For the record, I eat a mostly anti-inflammatory diet.

Thank you Wendy. I haven't really stressed about it - although I have kept a close eye on the overall numbers. I did weigh today and can't complain about the results. Not off track by a huge amount and I have learned in the last 8-9 months that drinking water is my friend. it can also be VERY clingy.
