First weigh in on the challenge put me at 234.2. I am happy because it’s a step in the right direction. Cheers to putting in hard work and hopefully I keep this momentum going.
234.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
