Every few ounces of loss seems to create a "toll-booth" of sorts. The weight just sits there and sits there and sits there -- a new "set point." Well, I'm almost certainly going to get a bounce UP at our upcoming Gala, where the food will truly be more than a human being can resist. And, within reason!, I'm not going to resist. It's tomorrow.
