Well today was cardio day and I got 56 minutes in before I couldn't take it anymore. I have 4 different machines I work cardio on and boy did I feel it today. 15 min on the Arc-Trainer, 20 min on the Treadmill, 6 min on the Stair Stepper (man that thing kicks my ass) and 15 min on the Elliptical. Total of 4.84 miles...not too bad...

Tried another recipe tonight the crockpot carnitas are fantastic and low in calories. Lots of flavor and had them on wheat tortillas as tacos. Would have been fantastic alone.
