Great Dr Appt yesterday. Took myself off of BP meds in April. My BP was 126/80 with no meds. I'll take that!!
I cannot remember who had posted about the Laura Dolson's Flax Meal Peanut Butter Hot Cereal - I tried it yesterday when I was off and OMG, I LOVE IT!! This will become my standard weekday breakfast as the weather cools down. I used the Planter's Natural PB and it came in with 11.3g of fiber and only 3.16g net carbs and best of all - it was delicious!!
Running/walking a 10K on Sunday. Whoot - it is going to be a great weekend :)
