I'm still a member of the YMCA so did some research today and signed up for two classes. First is the Zumba Gold 2 times a week a little slower but still a good work out for us oldies,and second is the silver sneakers group that helps with strength.Any one else do any of these?

Good for you! You'll make friends fast and want to keep going back. I haven't tried any of those...I always workout at home (www.teambeachbody.com/mhoward), but I have many friends that love ZUMBA! They just let lose and have fun and burn those calories.

I haven't tried the Zumba, but will be signing up for a Pilates class within the next few weeks. Following that, I'll be continuing my Martial Arts training, at a Dojo, twenty minutes from my house.
