Koshka, you look great, be careful not to lose to much and become sickly....however, having said this, I noticed your profile stated you want to lose a bit more weight...Merely a suggestion ---> mix up your meal plans abit for a week or two which should shock your system as it will notice something has changed....as your metabolism adjusts after the 2 weeks, switch it up again....doing this should break a plateau in weight progressions. Wish you well, and keep up posted !!! ;D Perhaps limit your cheeses and grains, up your LEAN protein intake.

You look good! Perhaps you could find motivation to lift weights. Even just body weight exercises like squats and pushups. That could help you lose the last tiny bit of fat and gain some muscle and definition so you’d look really fit. Just keep in mind that the scale won’t be a good judge of losing fat while gaining muscle. Just an idea for if you want to look more fit! Also keep in mind that muscle weighs the same as fat (a pound is a pound), but takes up less space. Gaining muscle and not losing much fat (you don’t seem to have much left) would mean the scale stays the same or increases but your inches will lower and your clothing size may become smaller too.

Thank you guys, I think, that I probably really have to lift. But right now during 1 week I have to relocate to another city, a bit stress))) and I need a time to adapt and to find a gym. But thank you for advises and motivation! It really helps☺️☺️☺️

I think you have a great body mate. You do look very fit, we are our own biggest critics though which is a great thing.I would kill for your flat tummy lmao. If your not happy that's motivation to keep working at it. I know you will reach whatever goals you set yourself. If I have one piece of advice it's this, your young you have your whole life to reach your goals.(something I need to remind myself hahaha...)
