I don't want to be a "slave" to dieting. So I'm basically NEVER going to diet again...I'm going to eat HEALTHY. I think that's been a big negative for me.

I had forgotten about this wonderful way of tracking my eating habits.

Today I start tracking again....13 lbs to go.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
