Well I started a new way of eating last week Monday and wow 😮 I’m so pleased I did!! Not everybody’s way of eating but it’s going to be mine, well pleased with the first week loss!! 😀
165.3 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
