Today is the first day of the rest of my life I have decided that it is time to do something about my unhealthy eating habits I pledge to eat better and never over eat and watch my calories I am a new at this I really don't understand the importance of calories so I am reaching out for help and advice I need good recipes that not only I can eat but my entire family.

good for you i have lost 31lbs and still have another 20 i want off it has become a every day every moment thought that i must keep focused yet still enjoy life, stick with it and things will happen for you.

Thanks guys it just feel good to have someone to talk to finally. I can focus and share my thoughts , feelings, fears and goals with and not be embarrassed about it thanks again for the support. I started my fist work out today and I have a packed a nutritious lunch and fruit for snacks . I will admit that when I went to do my shopping for heathly foods it was not cheap so if anyone has ideals on eating heathly at a great rate please share. OK going to sleep gotta get that rest !
